# Farming

Farming is staking Uniswap LP tokens. Users are incentivized to add liquidity and stake their tokens to receive $BRAINS tokens. For the unfamiliar, users may refer to the Farming Guide [here](/brainiac-farm/guides/farming-lp-staking.md).

Below is the table of APY awarded to farmers according to Total Value Locked (TVL) in the protocol. Instead of a fixed block reward, users are incentivized to bring in other farmers as the APY increases alongside TVL.
