$BRAINS

The new $BRAINS token has a 3% token tax. 1.5% going to the project funds for development expenses, marketing, listings, etc. The other 1.5% goes to the buybacks contract. The 3% fee doesn't take too much from buyers but also deters frontrun bots, which we saw cause some issues with buyers/sellers in the first version.

Buybacks

Buybacks are performed via smart contract to avoid trust issues and to keep things simple for the team. ETH in the contract cannot be withdraw, and all buybacks are automatically burned.

Buybacks are funded by half of the token tax and are done manually when there is a big drop. It is also funded by the withdrawal fees from farming. The tokens in the LP pair are burned and the ETH goes to this contract. Team chose not to automate it to avoid abuse/gaming of the system.
